Safety before anything
Nothing is forced. You share what you're ready to share, and everything stays confidential.
Meet Laure Schneider
I work with people who feel controlled by their impulses — in relationships, in spending, in the decisions they later regret — so they can feel calm, self-aware and genuinely in control.

My story
So many people carry the quiet belief that something is wrong with them. They see themselves acting in ways they don't want to — rushing into relationships, spending to soothe a feeling, deciding from panic instead of clarity — and they call it a flaw.
It isn't. Impulsivity is often a response to pain, fear, or emotional needs that went unmet in childhood. Acting quickly became a way to cope, to avoid discomfort, or to feel in control for a moment. Those early patterns can follow us into adult life, where they no longer serve us.
My work combines transformative coaching with art therapy, because understanding and expression need each other. Coaching brings clarity and language. Art therapy reaches the feelings that language hasn't caught up with yet. Together, they make change possible — not just understood.
“Impulsivity isn't who you are. It's something you learned to survive — and it can be unlearned.”
What I hold to
Nothing is forced. You share what you're ready to share, and everything stays confidential.
Whatever you've done or felt, it makes sense in context. We start from understanding, not blame.
We look at where a pattern began, so change doesn't rely on willpower alone.
Insight matters only when it shows up in your relationships, your money, your calm.
